White Wines

Spotted Dog White Intense fruitiness but with a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish.	Watson White A full-bodied varietal wine, with a subtle oak aftertaste, making it one of the most distinguished of our whites. A fine wine that complements any meal.	Holmes White Light and crisp, this pale, straw-colored wine has a delicate bouquet of honey and herbs. Dry on the palate, with hints of green melon, leading to a crisp, clean finish. The perfect wine for seafood, pasta in cream sauces and chicken.	Spotted Dog Blush Natural fruit flavours, distinct aromas and grape characters are enhanced with a tangy blast.
Red Wines

Spotted Dog Red Bold, robust, mouth-filling delight. Full bodied, with hearty oak aromas and an abundance of chewy berry flavors. Pairs well with full-flavored meats, sausages and pasta.	Tripod A wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Red Zinfandel. A smooth, creamy, layered red that finishes well.	Saline River Red A rich, earthy Rhone-style wine with good tannin and a soft, supple character. Always a big seller and an excellent addition to the dinner table.	Little Bit Light and fruity with a delicate bouquet. Pairs well with any pasta, especially red sauce.

Specialty		Coco Noir A smooth red wine blended with a mouth filling flavor of dark chocolate. Be sure to take in the aroma before sipping!	Saline Ice Very rich, sweet, well balanced with a hint of peach and apricot. Great with your favorite dessert or enjoy it on its own. Serve very cold.
